I have taken the last exam of this semester. I tanked it.
I am still wondering how a professor can say "you don't need to know the exact numbers of the "Rules of Evidence" and then ask a question like "this would be excluded under 612, or 402"
I'm like Wah????
SO here is the question, I miss my Dixie.
She died Summer 07 and we have been puppyless since then. We have 2 cats and 2 bunnies which are relatively low maintenance.
But here is the sweetie who has presented herself to me...
She's a French Bulldog, and will eventually look like this...
Or maybe not EXACTLY like that, she could wear a pink tu-tu.
So what do you think? Am I ready for a baby?

Interesting how the last photo actually reminds me of something French. You should go for it. You're only on this earth once, unless you end up haunting someone in the afterlife, but this dog seems like it would compliment a home. Nice indoor small dog loyal to its master.
Awwwwwww, heck yes! ESPECIALLY if there are pink tutus involved.
OMG, do you really want to ask an animal lover this question? ADORABLE!!! So sweet.
I think you know my answer ;
Absolutely. Frenchies are so sweet and it will help lower your school stress level. Plus we expect pics.
'd say go for it, too! I love the little Santa chair!
I voted no to a puppy just a few weeks ago. Puppies and law school don't mix... at least for me.
I felt like crap about my evidence exam and ended up with the 3rd highest grade in the class. Go figure. And, if you ask me... 402 is a rule of inclusion while 403 is a rule of exclusion. So under 402, and when combined with 612 you'd have to consider whether their memory was truly refreshed or whether you needed to go under a hearsay exception for past recollection recorded. If its relevant and it refreshed their memory, was handed back to the attorney, and then they testified- I vote with in. :) How bout that for a bunch of nonsense that sounds decent?!?!
Ok, now I KNOW I failed!
I vote for yes, assuming there are no financial or time constraints to get in the way of rolling around on the floor with said adorable puppy on a regular basis.
My step-daughter is a vet tech and was just gifted with a french bulldog puppy from a grateful client. She's so excited, figuring it's the dog she's always wanted, and save the $2500+ she was willing to (eventually) spend on it.
AAWWWW.....yes you are ready for a baby!!!
Frenchies, Pugs and Boston Terriers are my fav pups. Great choice!
Take the puppy - and repeat evidence if necessary. Worse things are coming - I promise. I am blogging about my Wills exam tonight. Check it out.
Definitely get the dog... they love you unconditionally, unlike cats who make you beg and grovel for their love and respect.
By the way the captcha for this comment is "Dinky Bra" No joke
Adorable! Simply adorable, get him! how can you say no to a face like that?
I think I have your post ready for you too. It will come out tonight at midnight, so check it out tomorrow. Cheers!
