Can someone tell me who in the hell cares about the law anyway?
Who cares about property? Pretty soon, no one will be able to own anything anyway...
Who cares about freedom of speech when you can't put the next meal on the table.
So what am I doing here studying for final exams....I need to just quit school and paint.
I think I could so paint....I could do that....

Painting wuld be nice - but it never pays very well.
I think about quitting EVERY semester - even have this one after that nasty Agency and Partnership exam - and again after the paper. If I quit, what have I accomplished?
You've come too far! Painter doesn't sound nearly as cool as lawyer anyway.
I also get frustrated, but deep down I have that freakish love for all things law. Well, maybe not all things law, but certainly parts of it. It could be worse, you could be in my federal courts class- every week we have 6 cases (average 20 pages each), a project (another 150 pages of reading motions or transcripts and then write a decision), and a quiz (10 questions, short answer)......
I stop several times a day and think the same thing you are.....
I decide that I am setting a wonderful example for my children. :)
Everyone needs an ethical lawyer. You will be one of those. Good luck with your finals.
You are doing it because it is your dream. Now keep at it because you are going to do great. You've worked too hard to stop now.
Plus we need a good and decent lawyer so people could stop telling those jokes. LOL!
When I was in law school, my first year writing professor told us that she often had these thoughts questioning what she was doing. She'd say "I could totally be scooping ice cream."
I still think that after law school, after the bar and after my first year of practicing. Baskin Robins looks pretty good sometimes.
yeah, I could totally be scooping ice cream right now!
Thanks for the feed.....I love your blog and you too..lol!!
I've never been happier than since I quit law seven months ago. Life is for living!
Greetings from the UK.
